Jonathan Litt

Mr. Litt served as the Chief Executive Officer for Kohl Construction Group (2000-Present) which provided construction services within the New York Metropolitan area.

The firm specialized in building skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent senior housing as well as facilities for nonprofit religious organizations.

During this same time, Mr. Litt also served as the Executive Vice President of Kohl Solutions, which specialized in developing and operating skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent senior housing, affordable housing, mixed-use retail and multifamily residential as well as industrial/warehouse assets in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Litt was an advisor to the Northern Metropolitan, Inc., a not-for-profit senior housing organization in Rockland County, NY. In addition, he also served as the Treasurer for Congregation Kol Ami in White Plains, NY. Mr. Litt holds a B.S. from Ithaca College.
