Debbie Sulzer

Debbie Sulzer, CAPS, is current the Regional Vice President for Francis Property Management with responsibility of well over $750 million in real estate.  The Division consists of approximately 6,000 units located in key areas of Houston, Katy, Cinco, Kingwood, Conroe, The Woodlands, and San Antonio, Texas.  A real estate management professional since 1984, Debbie has handled all facets of property management from lease ups to repositioning projects, tax credits to conventional deals, as well as, acquisitions and disposition.

Debbie current is a Board Member for both the Houston Apartment Association and the Texas Apartment Association.  She is the recipient Property Management Executive of the Year and Go Getter of the Year.  In addition, she has served for many years as a Committee Member for Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Westwood LOA, Westland COA and several others.  She holds designations of Certified Apartment Property Supervisor and Accredited Real Estate Manager.  She is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas and holds a degree in Bachelors of Business Administration in Management.

I’m very honored to be part of the founding Board for the Grateful Americans.  The dedication to helping our returning heroes and the passion to serve those in need runs unilaterally with my premises of life.  Serve God, serve others, strive to make a difference in this world with the resources God has blessed you with.  The decision to get involved with Grateful Americans was an easy one after touring Camp Hope and seeing first-hand the effects of those returning from serving our country.
